“Everyone has been raving about the food, the timing and the quality of the service. You have assembled a really fantastic team.  The focaccia, cacio e pepe, the lamb and side dishes — all were commented on and were absolute hits. We loved that you personally came out to serve cake, Jay. 

The margaritas were excellent—I am so glad we had them in the end. A few Americans said that it was the best margarita they’d ever had!!
